Required training is not optional. Compliance training is a condition of employment, and continuing education keeps you and the company sharp.
Required training — first 30 days
- HIPAA Privacy & Security
- Cybersecurity awareness & phishing
- Workplace harassment prevention
- Code of conduct & ethics
- Role-specific clinical or operational training as assigned
Annual refreshers
- HIPAA refresher — every 12 months
- Cybersecurity refresher — every 12 months
- Harassment prevention — every 12 months (every 6 months for managers in CA)
- OSHA / bloodborne pathogens for clinical roles — annually
- CPR / BLS where required by role — per certification schedule
LMS — Learning Management System

If a required training is more than 14 days overdue, system access (HubSpot, clinical apps) is automatically suspended until completion. Stay current and you stay productive.
