Training & continuing education

Required training is not optional. Compliance training is a condition of employment, and continuing education keeps you and the company sharp.

Required training — first 30 days

  • HIPAA Privacy & Security
  • Cybersecurity awareness & phishing
  • Workplace harassment prevention
  • Code of conduct & ethics
  • Role-specific clinical or operational training as assigned

Annual refreshers

  • HIPAA refresher — every 12 months
  • Cybersecurity refresher — every 12 months
  • Harassment prevention — every 12 months (every 6 months for managers in CA)
  • OSHA / bloodborne pathogens for clinical roles — annually
  • CPR / BLS where required by role — per certification schedule

Overdue training pauses access

If a required training is more than 14 days overdue, system access (HubSpot, clinical apps) is automatically suspended until completion. Stay current and you stay productive.
