Code of conduct & workplace behavior

We hold ourselves to the standard our patients, partners, and teammates deserve. These expectations apply to every employee, contractor, and leader without exception.

Professional behavior

  • Treat every teammate, patient, and vendor with respect
  • Assume positive intent; address disagreement directly and privately
  • No gossip — concerns go to managers, not to Slack channels or hallway talk
  • Punctuality matters: arrive prepared, on time, every meeting
  • Follow through on commitments or renegotiate them early

Dress & presentation

  • Clinical sites: scrubs or clinical attire per site policy
  • Office and client-facing: business casual or better
  • Video meetings: same standard as in-person; camera on for live meetings
  • Branded apparel preferred at trade shows and partner events
  • Always presentable — you may be on camera or in front of a partner at any time
