Benefits, payroll & HR contacts

Your pay and benefits are handled through the HR portal. Set everything up in your first week so your first paycheck and benefits start on time.

Pay schedule

  • Bi-weekly pay — every other Friday via direct deposit
  • Pay period closes Sunday at 11:59 PM; timesheets due Friday 5:00 PM
  • First paycheck may be partial depending on start date
  • Pay stubs available in the HR portal each pay date
  • W-2s issued by January 31

Benefits at a glance

  • Medical, dental, vision — effective the 1st of the month after 30 days
  • 401(k) eligibility after 90 days; company match per plan documents
  • PTO accrues per pay period, available after 30 days
  • Life and disability insurance enrolled automatically
  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP) available day one, free and confidential
